I have the right to decline the commission request if it seems I'm unable to draw it or stop working on any commission due to rude/inappropriate behavior or breach the terms of service.

Prices may change over time prior to opening.

Listed prices are base price for each character and strictly for personal commission. This means there will be additional fees for detailed characters or request.

Commissions are not allowed to use in NFT or AI Generator.

Visual references must be provided.

Turnover time may vary, usually up to 1-2 months depending on queue, complexity, or personal reasons.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished artwork if no feedback was given to amend it.

Default size of the work will be in A4 / 2500x2500 px (1:1) / 2400x3000 px (4:5) / 4800x2700 (16:9). You may ask for other dimension.

You will receive a full resolution image. Finished artwork will be sent to your email or via private Google Drive link.

All prices listed are in USD.

IDR prices also available for Indonesian client ($1 = Rp 8.000).

Payments are only accepted through Paypal (USD) or BCA (IDR).

Payments are upfront. If your commission is more than $100 you can choose to pay 50-50, must be paid before i send the sketch and after the sketch is approved.

Payment should be sent within 48 hours after confirming the sketch unless discussed otherwise. I will send the invoice to your email.

I will start working on the commission only after i received the payment.

Discount 10% applied to the final price if you commission for Childe, Zhongli or both

Cancelling or changing request details for a commission is only available before the invoice is sent. Money will not be returned if you want to cancel the commission after the invoice is paid.

No refunds on finished commission.

Strictly no refunds available once i have started the commission, unless stated otherwise by me that I can't continue the commission.

If under any circumtances I'm unable to continue the commission, a refund will be given at maximum of 90% depending on the progress of the commission. Refunded amount for above case will be the unfinished part of the commission.

Do not request a chargeback without confirmation under any circumtances! I will transfer the money myself.

Purposely filing a chargeback will end up to public blacklisted and PSA will be posted for anyone who breaches this point.

Posting the commissioned work on my website or social media.

If you would like your commission to be private, please notify me beforehand.

Post the commissioned work on any website or social media with proper credit or watermarked artwork.

Print the artwork only for personal use.

Edit my work in any way without my permission (that includes removing watermarks and signatures).

Claim the artwork as your own.

Use my work for any commercial purposes unless discussed beforehand.

Illustration may be charged for 1.5-3x of the total price.

Price may change depending on concept and purpose. Please do not hesitate to discuss with me.

Extra revision - Free 3 revisions during the process and will be charged for 5 USD per minor revision after that.

Private commission - Will be charged for 20% of the total price if you don't want your commission to be published on any media or as my portfolio.

Priority commission - If you want your commission to get done by a deadline (max. 1 week prior the deadline); additional fee is 30% of the total price.

Detailed character clothing or design such as Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, FFXIV, etc. will be charged extra.
